About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Field Officer to oversee and manage our security operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective deployment of security personnel, maintain high service standards, and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Supervise daily security operations across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company protocols and client requirements. Personnel Management: Coordinate the recruitment, training, and scheduling of security staff; conduct regular performance evaluations and address any disciplinary issues. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on security activities. Emergency Response: Lead incident response efforts, including coordinating with emergency services and conducting post-incident analyses.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role within a reputable security firm. Knowledge of local security regulations and compliance standards.
