Job Title: Field Officer

Location: Sivakasi

Supervise and manage on-ground security staff across assigned locations.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper deployment and discipline.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and address concerns.

Ensure all guards are trained, uniformed, and performing their duties.

Submit daily/weekly reports on manpower, attendance, and incidents.

Assist in recruitment and training of new guards if needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar field role (Security/Manpower).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to travel frequently within assigned locations.

Knowledge of local language (Tamil) preferred.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is an added advantage.
