Job Summary

We are seeking a committed and flexible Field Officer to manage manpower deployment at new and existing sites, trained and lead Security guard, and maintain strong client relationships in and around Trichy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage manpower deployment and site operations efficiently Coordinate replacements and relievers timely Train and mentor Security guard on grooming and job responsibilities Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity Build and maintain strong client relationships at site level Provide daily reports to management Travel frequently within Trichy and nearby areas Effective communication between field employees and Management.

Requirements

Diploma or Undergraduate degree completed Age preferably below 40 years Strong leadership and team handling skills Good communication and coordination abilities Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred Willingness to travel frequently
