is responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites. The role ensures effective deployment, discipline, performance monitoring, and adherence to company and client security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor security personnel deployed at assigned sites.
Ensure proper
attendance, grooming, and discipline
of all security staff.
Conduct
regular site inspections
to verify adherence to SOPs and post instructions.
Coordinate with client representatives to address site-specific security requirements or issues.
Oversee
deployment and reliever arrangements
to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
Investigate and report any security incidents, irregularities, or breaches immediately.
Conduct
on-the-job training
and briefings for guards and supervisors to maintain service quality.
Ensure all guards are equipped with uniforms, ID cards, and necessary gear.
Maintain
daily reports, attendance registers, and incident logs
for all assigned sites.
Support recruitment and interview processes for security staff when required.
Liaise with the
operations and HR teams
for payroll input, manpower updates, and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, client requirements, and safety norms.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in industrial / institutional / corporate security supervision.
Preferably from a
defense, police, or security industry
background.
Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience in field supervision.
Strong communication and reporting skills in English and local language.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email communication).
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
