Job Responsibilities

:

Field Operations Management

: Supervise and oversee the daily activities of the security personnel at client sites. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and client requirements. Train, guide, and manage security staff to maintain high standards of service. Address and resolve any on-ground issues, ensuring smooth operations across all assigned sites. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with security services.

Marketing and Business Development

: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in need of security services. Promote and market our security solutions to corporate, commercial, and residential clients. Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the company's offerings. Work closely with the business development team to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research and stay updated on security service trends and competitors.

Key Requirements

:

Proven experience in the security services industry, particularly in field operations. Marketing and business development experience is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications. Relevant certifications or qualifications in security management are an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
