Job Title: Field Officer - Security Services

Job Purpose:

The Field Officer will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and managing security personnel deployed at various client sites. The role ensures compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory obligations while maintaining discipline, performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision & Deployment

Ensure timely deployment of security guards at client locations. Conduct regular site visits to check attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security staff. Coordinate with clients to understand site-specific requirements and ensure guards are briefed accordingly.

2. Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain attendance and duty rosters of deployed staff. Prepare and submit daily/weekly site visit reports to the Operations/Area Manager. Escalate operational issues (absenteeism, shortage, misconduct, etc.) for timely resolution.

3. Training & Discipline

Provide on-the-job training to guards regarding site duties, safety procedures, and client expectations. Ensure guards adhere to company policies, uniform standards, and code of conduct. Handle disciplinary issues at sites and report serious cases to management.

4. Client Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding manpower issues. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business continuity.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Verify documents of deployed security personnel. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ID, police verification, ESI, PF, etc.). Assist in handling audits and inspections.

6. Team Management

Guide and motivate security staff for better performance. Monitor attrition and suggest corrective actions. Coordinate with HR for recruitment and replacement of guards when required.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum Graduate or under graduate 3-6 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a manpower/security services company. Strong leadership and supervision skills. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies. Knowledge of statutory compliance related to security staff (PF, ESI, Wages, etc.). Willingness to travel extensively across sites.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
