1. Deployment & Supervision
Ensure security guards are deployed at assigned client locations as per the duty roster.
Conduct surprise and scheduled visits to sites to monitor guard performance and attendance.
Fill gaps in deployment due to absenteeism by arranging relievers or replacement guards.
2. Client Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding security personnel.
Address and resolve client complaints or issues related to guard behavior, performance, or attendance.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and updates.
3. Staff & Shortage Management
Brief and train guards on duties, site-specific instructions, and company policies.
Monitor discipline, grooming, and conduct of guards.
Counsel or recommend disciplinary action for non-performing or problematic guards.
Be ensure their is no any shortage at site .
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain attendance records, duty rosters, and incident reports.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the operations manager or head office.
Ensure guards are maintaining site registers and logs correctly.
5. Recruitment Support
Assist in recruitment drives and local sourcing of guards.
Help verify backgrounds and documents of newly recruited guards.
6. Equipment & Uniform Check
Ensure guards are properly uniformed and equipped with necessary items (batons, ID cards, etc.).
Report shortages or replacements required for uniforms or gear.
7. Emergency Response
Act as the on-ground coordinator in case of emergencies or incidents at client sites.
Support guards in managing situations like theft, fire, or medical emergencies.
8. Compliance & Legal
Ensure guards and operations comply with labor laws and licensing requirements (where applicable).
Help with police verification and other compliance formalities.
Key Skills Required
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and deal with clients professionally.
Basic knowledge of security systems and incident handling.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
