Job Description

Supervise housekeeping and security staff and ensure daily cleaning schedules Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards at site Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules & relievers Manage cleaning materials & equipment inventory Coordinate with management and prepare reports Arrange manpower should have good number of manpower backup Oversee both security & housekeeping operations at multiple sites Ensure manpower deployment and reliever arrangements Conduct site inspections, surprise checks & staff training Coordinate with clients & site supervisors Prepare reports for management Night checks
