We are looking for field officer who have experience in security, Guards agency fireld, 1. Roles & responsibilities include manpower, sourcing, security guard deployment, on job training, identify & design training needs, 2:conduct training for security personnel, 3:provide timely feedback to enhance security personnel performance, 4:Conduct fire safety training 5:Interaction with clients, checks & audits of process on sites 6: adress grievances of guards & oversee documentation and stocking of uniforms training 7:Collection of Payments
