Job Purpose:
The Field Officer - Inquiry Generation will be responsible for identifying potential customers, creating new business inquiries, and supporting the sales team by generating leads through field visits, market surveys, customer interactions, and promotional activities.

### Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to generate inquiries from potential customers.
Identify and approach new clients through direct visits, cold calls, and networking.
Collect and maintain customer data and inquiries in the CRM/record system.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Promote company products/services by explaining features, benefits, and value proposition.
Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly inquiry generation reports to management.
Support in organizing promotional campaigns, roadshows, or exhibitions.
Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to maintain engagement.

### Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing/Business Administration).
1-3 years of experience in field sales/inquiry generation/lead generation preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
