The Revenue Relationship Manager (RRM) is responsible for driving revenue through effective dealer engagement, loan disbursement coordination, and Value Added Services (VAS) selling in the used car market. This role demands strong relationship building, high ownership, and the ability to influence dealers to ensure consistent monthly business volumes across loans, insurance, warranty, and other VAS categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Relationship Management
Acquire new used car dealers and onboard them onto the platform.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to drive repeat business.
Conduct regular dealer visits to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure dealer satisfaction and timely support on loan, documentation, and VAS related queries.
2. Loan Disbursement & Case Management
Source quality loan leads directly from dealer partners.
Screen customer profiles, verify documentation, and ensure accurate login of cases.
Coordinate with underwriting, FI teams, and banks/NBFC partners for faster approvals.
Track cases end-to-end--from login, sanction, agreement signing, to disbursement.
Ensure TAT adherence and target achievement month-on-month.
3. Value Added Services (VAS) Revenue
Promote and sell VAS products such as Warranty, RSA, Insurance, Care+ packages, Buyback options, etc.
Educate dealers about VAS benefits to increase conversions and attach rate.
Identify high-potential dealers for VAS penetration and run campaigns to boost uptake.
Drive monthly revenue targets from VAS and ensure dealer compliance on agreed terms.
4. Operational & Documentation Compliance
Ensure KYC, RC, and agreement documentation is complete and accurate.
Verify FI images, customer profiles, and maintain transparency in all transactions.
Resolve any operational bottlenecks with internal teams.
5. Business Growth & Reporting
Meet monthly targets on loan disbursement, VAS revenue, and dealer additions.
Track performance dashboards, analyze gaps, and implement action plans.
Share weekly MIS reports, dealer performance insights, and growth strategy updates with managers.
Continuously monitor competitor offerings and suggest improvements in processes and products.

Educational & Experience Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1-5 years of experience in Auto Finance, Used Car Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Dealer Relationship roles.
Experience in loan process, underwriting coordination, and field sales is highly advantageous.
