You'll conduct on-site investigations for property or vehicle insurance claims, assess reported damages, gather objective evidence, and deliver clear, fact-based inspection reports that support accurate coverage decisions. This is a field-based position requiring strong investigative judgment, independence, and disciplined time management.
Responsibilities
Travel to claim locations to perform property and vehicle inspections.
Assess and document damage using photos, video, measurements, and relevant tools.
Interview claimants, witnesses, contractors, or other involved parties.
Verify statements and supporting documents; identify inconsistencies or possible fraud indicators.
Produce concise written reports backed by evidence, delivered within strict deadlines.
Communicate professionally with carriers, claimants, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in field inspections, adjusting, or related insurance work.
Strong investigative and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
High attention to detail and ability to distinguish fact from assumption.
Competence with digital reporting tools, photo/video capture, and measurement equipment.
