Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: o Effective Promotion of company's products to achieve the Sales Budgets assigned to your territory o Implementing market & business strategy designed by the management o Providing feedback on Company's & Competitors products to the Product Management team o Identifying Potential markets and Potential Customers in various markets within your territory o Managing Stockiest and C&F o Achieving Dr. Call Average of 10+1 per day, MCR coverage of 95% and above o Chemist Call Average of Minimum 5 per day o Personal Order Booking to ensure availability of products to cater to Rx demands o Conducting symposiums, seminars & Doctor's group meetings o Participation in all Cycle Briefing Meets and any other meetings called for by the company o Daily Work Planning and Submission and Daily Call Reporting in PHYZII tool o You will achieve and surpass the budgeted YPM for your territory from time to time o Timely Submission of Expense Statement
