We are hiring a

Field Officer

for manpower searching and deployment activities in Rohtak and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Search, contact, and mobilize manpower as per company requirements Visit sites, institutes, hostels, and local areas for candidate sourcing Coordinate with office team for manpower demand and deployment Arrange interviews and joining of candidates Maintain daily field activity and deployment reports Ensure timely joining and attendance of deployed manpower Handle basic documentation and verification support

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred) Experience in manpower supply / field recruitment preferred Good communication skills Must be willing to work in the field Two-wheeler preferred
