Identify and mobilize eligible customers in assigned villages/areas
Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) / SHGs
Conduct group meetings and explain loan products, rules, and repayment terms
2. Loan Processing
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, address proof, nominee details, etc.)
Conduct field investigation and residence verification
Enter accurate customer and group data into the system/app
3. Loan Disbursement
Coordinate loan sanction and disbursement as per company policy
Ensure customers understand repayment schedules and conditions
Support branch team during disbursement meetings
4. Collection & Portfolio Management
Ensure timely weekly/monthly loan collections
Follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts
Maintain Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within acceptable limits
5. Customer Relationship Management
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Address customer queries and grievances professionally
Educate customers on financial discipline and savings
6. Compliance & Reporting
Follow RBI, company, and internal audit guidelines
Maintain accurate field records and reports
Report fraud, mismatches, or policy deviations immediately
7. Area & Target Management
Achieve disbursement, collection, and growth targets
Cover assigned area efficiently and plan daily field activities
