Job Title: Field Officer
The Field Officer is responsible for conducting field-level marketing and outreach activities to generate enquiries, build relationships with partners, and support admissions/sales targets. The role involves visiting schools/colleges/communities/offices, distributing promotional material, conducting campaigns, and regularly reporting field activities to the management.
Key Responsibilities
1? Field Visits & Lead Generation
Visit target areas (schools, colleges, tuition centers, residential layouts, companies, communities, etc.) as per plan.
Generate enquiries through direct interaction, pamphlet distribution, kiosk activity, and door-to-door/field campaigns.
Collect and record lead data (name, contact, requirement, location) systematically.
2? Branding & Promotion
Execute outdoor branding activities like banner/standee placement, leaflet distribution, and event stalls.
Support in organizing education fairs, roadshows, societies/association activities, and local events.
Ensure proper visibility of brand materials in assigned areas.
3? Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, tuition/coaching centers, RWAs, community leaders, and partner institutions.
Coordinate with school coordinators, principals, or admin staff during visits (if for education sector).
4? Admission / Sales Support
Promote the institution's courses/programs/services to parents, students, or customers during field visits.
Motivate potential leads to visit the campus/office and connect them to the admission/sales team.
Support admission or sales camps conducted outside the campus.
5? Data Management & Reporting
Maintain daily records of visits, leads generated, and feedback from the field.
Submit daily/weekly field reports to the Manager (locations covered, institutions visited, response, challenges).
Share on-ground feedback about market trends and competitor activities.
6? Coordination & Teamwork
Coordinate with the marketing, admissions, and telecalling team for follow-up on field leads.
Participate in planning of field activities and campaigns with the management.
7? Other Duties
Assist in event setups, exhibitions, and school/college programs as required.
Ensure discipline, honesty, and professional behaviour while representing the institution in the field.
Required Qualifications/Education
Minimum 10th pass,12th pass (PUC) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience
0-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, admissions, or promotion.
Experience in education sector / FMCG / telecom / field sales will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
