About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct training on financial and digital literacy
2. Identify and onboard trainees as per desired profile
3. Follow up digitally and telephonically
4. Meet daily and weekly targets
5. Share data as per MIS requirements

Other requirements
1. Experience in conducting trainings will be an added advantage
2. While training content will be provided, familiarity with topics such as financial planning, savings and insurance products, responsible borrowing, debt management, and improving credit scores will be an added advantage

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (xe2x82xb9 50 per person trained as per sop).
