We are seeking experienced Field Officers to promote and sell various insurance products, develop new client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, strong sales skills, and the ability to provide professional guidance on insurance products. Candidates should be customer-focused and experienced in insurance or field sales.

Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products, including:
Health Insurance
Life Insurance
Term Insurance
Commercial Vehicle Insurance
Private Vehicle Insurance
Property Insurance
Other types of general and customized insurance plans
Identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs.
Generate business through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
Assist clients with policy documentation, renewals, and claims.
Maintain records of client interactions and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated with insurance products, company policies, and market trends.

Good knowledge of insurance products and financial markets.

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferably in Business, Finance, or Commerce).
1 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or field marketing.
Candidates with prior experience in insurance will be given preference.
