Roles & Responsibilities

A. Medsygn Responsibilities

Conduct platform demonstrations and handholding sessions at doctor clinics. Plan daily visits and ensure 4-6 Medsygn demos/sessions per day depending on territory size. Regularly follow up with doctors and clinic staff to improve platform usage and engagement. Maintain and update customer database with demo status, registration details, and usage frequency. Train clinic staff (assistants, receptionists) on Medsygn platform usage. Track competitor activities and report insights. Support online team by identifying and targeting the right customer segments.

B. SMSRC Responsibilities

Coordinate with healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners for field data collection and validation. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of field-level data as per SMSRC project requirements. Support the execution of survey and research initiatives in assigned geography. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community Daily reporting through online systems / apps. Coordination with both Medsygn and SMSRC regional teams for work alignment.
Performance-based incentives applicable for both Medsygn and SMSRC work.

Daily Travel Allowance as per company policy.

Skill Set

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with ability to learn and explain new digital tools.

Strong planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.

Two-wheeler will be an added advantage for field mobility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
