Job Description

1. Visit assigned locations for inspections, surveys, collections, deliveries, or client meetings.

2. Handle basic customer queries and provide proper support

3. Maintain positive customer relationships

4. Ensure the information collected is correct and complete

5. Update team leaders or managers about field progress

6. Communicate field issues clearly or Independently.

7. Ensure all field tasks are completed within timelines.

8. Resolve on-ground issues whenever possible

9. Always maintain professionalism during field work

10. Handle company assets responsibly (equipment, documents, etc.)

11. Verify customer details as per company policy.
