Field Officer
to manage on-ground operations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of field activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle operational responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to assigned sites/clients in Greater Noida and nearby areas
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of services
Monitor daily field operations and ensure adherence to company standards and processes
Collect and verify field data, reports, and feedback from sites
Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate critical matters to management
Maintain accurate records, attendance, and activity reports
Support onboarding, supervision, and coordination of field staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and operational guidelines
Assist in audits, inspections, and quality checks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a field-based role
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
