About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive Field Officer to oversee housekeeping and facility operations across multiple client locations in Bangalore. The role involves manpower management, site supervision, client coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor daily attendance at assigned sites and ensure adequate manpower. Arrange relievers for absenteeism, leaves, or emergencies. Maintain a pool of backup staff for contingency deployment. Coordinate manpower deployment with the Operations Executive and support field officers. Conduct weekly meetings with site staff to address concerns and provide briefings. Provide on-the-job training to staff to improve service delivery and efficiency. Guide staff on work procedures, grooming standards, quality expectations, and housekeeping practices. Escalate unresolved staff grievances for timely resolution. Recruit and onboard local blue-collar manpower (housekeeping, pantry, janitorial, support staff) within three days of a reported vacancy. Collect and verify new hire documents and issue uniforms and ID cards. Conduct site visits as per the monthly plan to inspect attendance records, staff grooming, duty rosters, cleaning schedules, and equipment condition. Submit monthly housekeeping material requests and ensure availability of cleaning supplies and machines. Communicate with clients regularly to understand expectations and address concerns. Plan and fulfill special service requests and report completion. Obtain client attendance approvals for billing and ensure timely submission of invoices. Follow up for payment collection within agreed timelines.

Skills Required:



Strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills Experience in blue-collar recruitment, site operations, and workspace management Basic documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills Proficiency in local language; working knowledge of English and Hindi preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
