We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Officer to oversee and manage our housekeeping and facility operations at various client sites in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have experience in manpower handling, client coordination, and on-ground execution of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day housekeeping and facility services across assigned sites
Coordinate with clients to ensure service standards and satisfaction
Handle workforce deployment, attendance, and discipline
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits
Ensure timely supply of materials and equipment
Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Resolve on-ground operational issues efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in facility management/housekeeping operations
Strong team and vendor management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel within Jaipur as per site requirements
Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and materials
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
