Role Purpose:

This is not just a coordination role--it's a strategic frontline position responsible for generating income through advertising partnerships, booking paid media slots, and cultivating brand collaborations for the summit and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch BIZnews Odia's media opportunities to businesses and potential advertisers Secure paid video bookings and advertorial slots for the summit and future programming Foster relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and community brands Identify local promotional partners aligned with our storytelling ethos Liaise with production teams to schedule and deliver client content Track revenue goals and generate weekly performance reports

Required Skills:

Strong persuasive communication and sales skills Fluent in Odia and English, with cultural insight into local businesses Experience in media sales, event sponsorship, or marketing preferred Energetic self-starter with field coordination capabilities Passion for uplifting Odisha's business and cultural ecosystem
