Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to support farmers and promote company agricultural products. Provide technical guidance on crop management, pest control, and fertilizer application. Plan and execute field demonstrations and awareness programs. Maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers in the assigned region. Monitor field performance, gather crop data, and prepare periodic reports. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets. Ensure timely feedback and follow-up with clients and farmers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture (Preferred: Diploma Agri also acceptable)

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of relevant field experience.

Skills Required:

Strong agricultural knowledge and practical field experience. Excellent communication skills in

Tamil

(Basic English preferred). Good interpersonal and farmer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and travel within assigned locations. Reporting and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
