a) To improve the anthropometric nutritional status of children 0.6-3y in a district of Himachal Pradesh through testing of an appropriate THR that meets all guidelines and nutrient requirements.
b) large scale implementation in 2 districts.
c) Capacity building for appropriate technologies within the ICDS system.

Preferred Qualifications:
Any graduate degree with experience in Monitoring or doing Field work in community.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of work Experience with Govt. Health / Women and Children department or 1 year experience in Monitoring or Field work in community.
Language:
Hindi, English and any Local Language of Himachal
Salary
: Rs. 25,000/-per month
Location
: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Roles and Responsibilities:
Co-ordination between Government officials, project site and project team.
Organizing, monitoring and reporting of Quantitative surveys.
Organizing, Conducting and monitoring Acceptability study and qualitative interviews.
Monitoring and supervision in field implementation in 2 districts in Himachal Pradesh (Shimla & Solan) (Includes travel between districts).
Ensure data quality through regular checks, assist in data management, and prepare reports.
Training of field staff.
Imparting education of mothers and Anganwadi workers (child feeding and THR uptake).
