Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Mobilization Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will

Play a vital role in mobilizing candidates for enrolment in courses, particularly from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Engaging with Educational Institutions, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), NGOs, and communities. A proactive approach to fieldwork, social media engagement, and candidate counselling, ensuring successful enrolment and program orientation.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with SHGs and NGOs to identify and mobilize candidates from EWS backgrounds. Build and maintain relationships with placement offices in educational institutions to collect alumni data for candidate mobilization. Conduct fieldwork to identify suitable mobilization pockets and gain insights into community needs. Conduct enrolment and skill fairs Leverage social media platforms effectively for candidate outreach and mobilization. Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration and orientation. Counsel candidates to explain program benefits, terms, and conditions to drive engagement and enrolment.
Key Skills
