Job Summary

The Field Mobilizer will be responsible for community outreach, beneficiary identification, mobilization, and on-ground implementation of project activities. The role involves working closely with community members, local stakeholders, and the project team to ensure effective participation and smooth execution of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

community mobilization and awareness activities

related to the project. Identify, motivate, and register

eligible beneficiaries

as per project guidelines. Facilitate

community meetings, group discussions, and orientations

. Support formation and strengthening of

SHGs, youth groups, or beneficiary groups

(if applicable). Act as a

link between the community and the project team

. Assist in organizing

trainings, workshops, exposure visits, and events

. Ensure

regular follow-up with beneficiaries

and provide handholding support. Maintain

field-level documentation

, attendance sheets, and beneficiary records. Collect basic data, success stories, and field feedback for reporting. Coordinate with local leaders, PRI members, government officials, and other stakeholders. Support monitoring and evaluation activities as assigned. Perform any other field-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

10+2 / Graduate

(Social Work, Rural Development preferred). Prior experience in

community work / NGO / field projects

is desirable. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work extensively in rural/field settings. Knowledge of local language and community culture is mandatory. Basic knowledge of

documentation and reporting

. Willingness to travel within the project area.
