About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Field Mobiliser to support our upcoming initiative focused on improving the health and well-being of rural women. The candidate will be responsible for community mobilisation, training support, follow-ups, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Mobilisation
Identify and engage women and adolescent girls for health & menstrual hygiene sessions.
Mobilise community/group leaders for ToT workshops.
Build rapport with families to encourage participation and reduce stigma.
2. Coordination of Trainings & Sessions
Support planning and organisation of ToT trainings.
Ensure participation and attendance in all sessions.
Communicate dates, timings, and venues to participants.
3. Follow-up & Handholding
Conduct regular follow-up visits with trained group leaders.
Support them in conducting community-level sessions.
Identify and report issues such as myths, taboos, or resistance.
4. Data Collection & Reporting
Maintain attendance sheets and collect field data.
Document feedback and success stories.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
5. Awareness Activities
Assist in organising community meetings and campaigns on menstrual and women's health.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills in local language and Hindi.
Ability to build trust with rural women and adolescents.
Sensitivity toward gender issues & cultural norms.
Basic documentation and reporting ability.
Willingness to travel regularly in field areas.
