Role Introduction
Field Marketing Project Manager leads and manages integrated marketing initiatives across Media, PR, Events, Telemarketing, and Market Research. In this role, you will act as the operational driver behind multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are delivered with excellence--from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of field marketing projects, including media placements, PR campaigns, live and virtual events, telemarketing programs, and market research activities.
Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear milestones, timelines, and allocate resources accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy, media) and external vendors or partners to drive execution.
Serve as the key point of contact for clients during project delivery, providing timely updates and ensuring alignment with goals.
Monitor project progress, proactively flag risks or blockers, and implement solutions to keep things on track.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
Support client onboarding and campaign kick-off meetings to define project scope and expectations.
Continuously optimize processes to improve delivery efficiency and team collaboration.
Analyze performance post-delivery and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in project management within a marketing agency or related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, and Media or any relevant disciplines
Proven success in managing field marketing campaigns across Media, PR, Events, Telemarketing, and/or Market Research.
Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with marketing tools and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Asana).
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
Able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with B2B marketing projects is a strong plus.
