Role Introduction
The Field Marketing Planner is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing media planning strategies that support field marketing initiatives across targeted regions. This role ensures that all channel selections, budgets, and campaign timelines align with local market needs and business objectives. The individual will collaborate closely with regional marketing, sales, and campaign teams to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and pipeline contribution through localized media execution.

Develop end-to-end media plans for field marketing campaigns across assigned regions, covering both online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to understand regional audience behavior, competitive activities, and optimal media placements.
Manage media buying processes, including negotiation with vendors, booking placements, and ensuring cost efficiency.
Work with field marketing managers and sales teams to translate regional objectives into actionable media strategies that support lead generation and brand growth.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve future media planning.
Maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, publishers, and local marketing vendors.
Track and manage media budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, allocation, and reporting.
Ensure all media activities are executed in compliance with brand guidelines, data protection standards, and regional regulations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, ROI, and media impact by region.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in media planning, field marketing, or integrated marketing within the B2B or tech industry.
Strong understanding of media channels including digital display, paid social, content syndication, OOH, events media, and regional publishing networks.
Proven experience working with regional markets and adapting plans to local nuances and audience behaviors.
Ability to analyze media metrics, interpret performance data, and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or campaign reporting dashboards).
