Coordinate with preschool stakeholders to facilitate successful execution of tie-up initiatives
Plan and execute partnership events and preschool-based activities, ensuring alignment with predefined objectives
, maintaining timely communication between preschool partners and with internal teams
Assist in lead generation through preschool events and engagements
Actively participate in outreach and engagement activities that contribute to enrolment growth
Identify new preschool chains, community spaces, and relevant institutions that align with partnership outreach goals
Experience Required:
2-6 years of similar experience in preschool partnerships like exposure to school tie-ups, institutional marketing, or relationship-based outreach in the education sector.

Proven B2B experience, ideally in client-facing roles or business development within the education industry
Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing partnership deals or service agreements
Experience handling key accounts, ensuring consistent relationship management and partner satisfaction
Background in field-level marketing, event coordination, or brand activation is a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally with admissions, marketing, internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems
