The Field Marketing Officer is responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, promoting the company's services, generating leads, and ensuring strong brand presence within the assigned territory. The role includes field visits, event coordination, relationship building, and consistent reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to colleges, institutions, and targeted areas to promote the company's courses and services.
Organize and support seminars, workshops, and outdoor promotional events.
Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and field campaigns.
Distribute marketing materials like brochures, posters, and flyers in designated locations.
Build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and decision-makers.
Gather market feedback, competitor updates, and customer insights from the field.
Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for proper lead follow-up and conversions.
Maintain daily field activity reports and update leads in CRM/MIS systems.
Support branding initiatives to increase visibility and awareness.
Achieve monthly outreach and lead generation targets assigned by the management.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, promotions, or field sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
