As a
Field Marketing Manager
, you will be responsible for planning and executing localized marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation in specific regions. This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, event management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement field marketing plans aligned with business goals and regional sales targets.
- Identify key local opportunities, partnerships, and channels to amplify brand presence.
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor campaigns that support pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
Event Management & On-Ground Activation:
- Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, roadshows, and promotional stalls.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality customer experience during activations. Lead
Generation & Customer Engagement:
- Drive targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on conversion metrics.
- Build relationships with local influencers, communities, and industry groups.
Digital Integration & Local SEO:
- Support regional SEO efforts and digital campaigns to enhance visibility in local search results.
- Collaborate with central marketing teams to align messaging and digital assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 4-7 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or regional campaign execution.
- Proficiency in marketing tools including CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and engage with external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
