The Role:
Lead and execute high-impact ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns across rural and semi-urban markets.
Design and implement pan-India farmer engagement initiatives including farmer meetings, community events, demo days, and field trials.
Plan and manage 360-degree on-ground campaigns in coordination with product, sales, and regional teams.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute radio, print, outdoor (OOH), wall painting, and rural activations effectively.
Build and manage a network of regional partners, vendors, and local influencers to scale marketing operations across geographies.
Partner with the Sales and Business teams to align field marketing activities with sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
Oversee logistics, branding collaterals, event execution, and campaign measurement for on-ground initiatives.
Track campaign performance using KPIs such as footfall, engagement, brand recall, and ROI.
Qualifications
we look for:
5-8 years of field marketing experience, preferably in
agriculture, FMCG, rural marketing, or consumer brands
.
Proven experience in executing
pan-India ATL/BTL campaigns
and large-format farmer engagement programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously across regions.
Excellent command over regional languages and a deep understanding of rural customer behavior.
Hands-on experience with vendors, agencies, field staff, and event management.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50-60%) across rural belts and key markets.
