Amala Food Products is hiring a Field Sales Executive to manage retail sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves regular market visits, order collection, payment follow-up, and maintaining relationships with retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Visit 10-15 retail outlets daily as per route plan
Collect orders and ensure timely payment collection
Maintain relationships with existing customers and add new outlets
Support retailers with product availability and basic sales coordination
Observe competitor activities and submit market feedback
Attend internal meetings, reviews, and audits as required
Required Skills & Eligibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Basic negotiation and follow-up skills
Physically fit for daily travel
Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
Qualification & Experience
Education: Graduation (mandatory)
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales (FMCG preferred)
