Job Description

  • This position will report to the Director of APJ Field Marketing responsible for building field marketing plan including go-to-market marketing strategy and integrated campaigns to increase market awareness of key solutions, create deeper relationships with our customers through customer journey & experience; and drive demand generation in support of revenue goals - direct and indirect. You are responsible to define and implement specific marketing plan and budgets for the region ensuring customer loyalty and selling additional solutions and services to existing and new customers, all in line with sales and growth objections for your region. The marketing strategy and plan are to incorporate different components of the mix and include measurements on overall marketing contribution to sales funnel and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of field marketing background, with proven track record and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development of the demand strategy for the region in close collaboration with Sales leadership. You will own the country's marketing plan from creation, implementation, and budget recommendations. You will be responsible for communicating the plan between marketing & sales ensuring all in alignment.
  • Develop localized and integrated campaigns with marketing mix (Events & Tradeshows, ABM, Media & PR, AdWords, Online & Social Advertising, Digital Marketing, Market Research etc.) that focus on key sales objectives - awareness, revenue growth, retention, and nurture relationships with high- propensity targeted executives and accounts (ABM).
  • Develop specific launch goals and strategies.
  • Drives channel marketing including partner communications, channel enablement, co-marketing with MDF.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead process, constantly looking at ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel by e.g., developing nurturing process to turn prospects into customers and upsell or cross-sell existing customers on new solutions & services.
  • Identify customers who are willing to participate in testimonials, case studies or references. Capture share stories and advocate in a variety of programs.
  • Become the subject matter expert for your market(s): you understand the market & customer needs and feed these insights to APAC and headquarters to ensure the region's future performance.
  • Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including sales, APAC and HQ Segment marketing
  • End to end budget management for all digital campaigns to ensure maximum outcomes and desired results within the allocated budget
  • Ensure region ROI governance & best practice sharing
