Field Marketing Head
to lead and manage on-ground marketing activities. The role involves planning and executing field marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand visibility and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute field marketing strategies to promote company services
Lead and manage a team of field marketing executives
Conduct site visits, client meetings and market surveys
Generate leads through on-ground activities, events and networking
Build relationships with local contractors, builders, architects and clients
Coordinate with sales and management teams for conversions
Monitor competitor activities and local market trends
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly field marketing reports
Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all field activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minimum
4-7 years
of experience in field marketing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
Experience in construction, real estate or infrastructure sector preferred
