Oversee on-ground marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Ensure consistent brand visibility through ATL/BTL activities.
Coordinate with creative teams for marketing materials, signage, and digital assets.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Gather on-ground insights to understand customer needs and market trends.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Provide timely reports and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Sales Collaboration
Work closely with the sales department to support lead generation and conversion.
Assist in developing dealer loyalty programs, retail branding, and shop activations.
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing efforts and sales targets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign performance through field reports, surveys, and data analytics.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on field marketing activities and outcomes.
Suggest improvements based on performance evaluations and feedback.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
