MARKETING HEAD - FIELD JOB ROLESLeadership & Strategy



Develop and implement field marketing strategies to achieve company sales and branding goals. Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of field marketing teams. Plan marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Market Expansion & Business Growth



Identify new market opportunities and expand brand presence across regions. Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, channel partners, and key clients. Drive field campaigns, promotions, and product outreach programs to increase market share.

Team Management



Recruit, train, and motivate the field marketing team for effective execution. Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and market activities. Set targets, review reports, and ensure team members meet KPIs and deadlines.

Brand Promotion & Campaign Execution



Oversee on-ground marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities. Ensure consistent brand visibility through ATL/BTL activities. Coordinate with creative teams for marketing materials, signage, and digital assets.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis



Gather on-ground insights to understand customer needs and market trends. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and strategies to stay ahead in the market. Provide timely reports and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

Sales Collaboration



Work closely with the sales department to support lead generation and conversion. Assist in developing dealer loyalty programs, retail branding, and shop activations. Ensure smooth coordination between marketing efforts and sales targets.

Performance Tracking & Reporting



Track campaign performance through field reports, surveys, and data analytics. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on field marketing activities and outcomes. Suggest improvements based on performance evaluations and feedback.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management



Maintain strong rapport with suppliers, event partners, agencies, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing plans.
