FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE - JOB ROLES1. Lead Generation & Market Outreach

Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities. Generate qualified leads through door-to-door visits, local events, and market surveys. Build a strong pipeline of potential customers.

2. Brand Promotion & Awareness

Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, activations, and promotions. Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in targeted areas. Represent the brand professionally during field interactions.

3. Customer Engagement

Explain products/services to prospects in a clear and convincing manner. Conduct product demos or presentations during field visits. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.

4. Retail/Dealer Coordination

Visit retail outlets, dealers, or channel partners regularly. Ensure proper branding, visibility, and placement of marketing materials. Support dealers with promotional activities.

5. Market Research & Competitor Tracking

Collect data on customer behaviour, preferences, and buying patterns. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies. Submit accurate field reports to management.

6. Sales Support

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets. Convert field leads into active customers. Follow up with prospects and support order closure.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily visit reports, lead sheet updates, and customer feedback logs. Share performance updates and on-ground insights with management.

8. Event Participation

Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and local marketing events. Coordinate with the event team for setup, branding, and customer interaction.

9. Relationship Building

Maintain healthy relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.

10. Travel & Field Work

Actively travel across assigned territories. Plan field routes for maximum productivity and coverage.
