Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic BTL Executive to drive on-ground brand promotions, execute events, and engage with colleges/institutions. The role involves hands-on field activities, stall installations, event coordination, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit colleges/institutions to promote brand and offerings.

Plan, align, and execute BTL events & activities

Set up stalls, kiosks, and other promotional installations

Distribute marketing materials, forms, and collect leads

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution.

Track, report, and analyze event performance & lead quality.

Requirements:

6 months - 1.5 years of experience in BTL marketing, field sales, or event promotions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Kannada is mandatory.

Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground activities.

Hands-on experience with stall installation, form collection, and field coordination.

Should know basic excel.

Energetic, outgoing, and target-oriented personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
