We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive
( NOT FOR DIGITAL MARKETING )
with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively engage in field marketing, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting leads, working directly in the market to grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify and acquire potential clients, establishing relationships to understand their needs and introduce our services.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads by researching market trends, competitors, and potential client sectors.
Present and promote the company's products/services in person, tailoring pitches to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
Maintain and update records of client interactions, following up consistently to nurture leads and close deals.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align field strategies with overall marketing campaigns and sales goals.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and increase visibility in the market.
Gather insights from field interactions to report market needs, customer feedback, and competitive information to the management team.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a client-facing marketing or sales role, with a strong emphasis on field marketing.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Ability to travel locally for client visits and meetings as required.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and reporting software to track leads and follow-ups.
