Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Field Marketing Executive to represent Drcita on the ground. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, promoting our platform, and driving user registrations. This role involves direct interaction with healthcare professionals and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Visit clinics, hospitals, and Diagnostics to promote Company services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.

Explain Company benefits, onboarding process, and features to medical professionals.

Conduct field marketing campaigns, local events, and awareness programs.

Distribute marketing materials (brochures, standees, pamphlets, etc.) at key locations.

Collect feedback and market insights from field visits.

Achieve monthly target goals for registrations and partnerships.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to execute local campaigns.

Identify new locations and communities for promotional opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.

0-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or healthcare promotion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work outdoors and travel frequently within assigned areas.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the healthcare or medical sales field (added advantage).

Local market knowledge.

Basic reporting and lead management skills.
