Field Marketing Executive

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges, educational institutions, and organizations to promote our courses/programs and generate student leads. The role includes attractive

performance-based incentives

in addition to the fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit colleges, universities, coaching centers, and organizations to create awareness about our courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with institution representatives, students, and decision-makers. Organize and participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions. Collect student leads and ensure timely follow-ups to convert them into enrollments. Achieve weekly/monthly student lead targets and report progress to the management. Distribute marketing materials (brochures, posters, etc.) at campuses and events. Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
