Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for executing localized marketing campaigns, engaging with customers and partners in the field, and supporting sales growth through direct interaction and brand promotion.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned regions.

Represent the brand at trade shows, events, retail outlets, and partner locations.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for marketing support and lead generation.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and local stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide feedback for optimization.

Manage distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, merchandise, and product samples.

Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all touchpoints in the field.

Support new product launches and regional marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, or a related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2C or B2B marketing, depending on industry.

Event planning and execution experience.

Understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of leads generated through field activities.

Event participation and engagement metrics.

ROI on field campaigns.

Brand awareness and visibility improvements in the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
