Job Description

Market Research & Analysis:

Identify potential markets and customers. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.

Lead Generation:

Generate new leads through field visits, events, and promotional campaigns. Develop and maintain a database of potential customers.

Client Visits:

Visit retailers, distributors, or end-users to promote products/services. Demonstrate product features and benefits.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by providing field-level customer insights. Close sales or pass leads to the internal sales department.

Event Participation:

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and local events. Set up and manage promotional booths or stalls.

Brand Promotion:

Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples. Ensure proper product visibility and branding in retail spaces.

Reporting:

Maintain daily/weekly visit reports and submit to management. Report customer feedback, issues, and suggestions.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain good relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers. Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align field activities. Share market insights for campaign planning.
