Job Description

We are looking for a confident and active Field Marketer who can visit businesses, generate leads, explain our services, and close deals. Candidate should be good in Tamil communication. English is not mandatory.

Services to Promote

Digital Marketing (Posters, Reels, Meta Ads, Google Ads) Website Development & Maintenance Mobile App Development Custom Software Solutions (CRM/ERP/POS/HMS, etc.) (Optional support) Real Estate lead generation

Roles & ResponsibilitiesField Work (Main)

Visit potential clients daily (shops, showrooms, offices, clinics, real estate, etc.) Introduce company services and explain packages in Tamil Collect requirements and decision maker contact details Maintain daily lead list and update in office system Fix meetings for senior/owner discussion Negotiate and close digital marketing & website deals Coordinate with telecaller/BDM for follow-ups

Follow-up Work

Daily follow-up calls/WhatsApp messages with leads Ensure meeting confirmation & closure
Maintain lead status (New / Follow-up / Meeting / Closed)

Skills Required

Good Tamil speaking & convincing ability

Preferred Candidate

Any degree Freshers can apply (training will be given) Field sales experience is an added advantage Confidence to meet business owners directly Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, Google Maps Ability to travel daily & work with targets Strong follow-up discipline
