Job Overview

We are a fast-growing nutraceutical startup focused on improving physical wellness, mental wellness, and women's health through natural, herb-based products. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our market presence and build strong distribution networks across South India.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing and sales activities to increase brand presence across South India, with a strong focus on Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Develop, manage, and strengthen distributor and channel partner networks to ensure wider product availability. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Support brand-building initiatives and contribute ideas to improve visibility and customer engagement. Work closely with internal teams to support long-term market expansion and growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, or Healthcare sectors. Strong written communication skills in English. Intermediate proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam for effective regional communication. Willingness to travel extensively within South India. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
