Key Responsibilities
Conduct
on-field marketing campaigns
, roadshows, and promotional activities
Visit
retailers, dealers, and distributors
to promote products/services
Generate
leads and inquiries
through direct customer interaction
Execute
branding activities
like posters, banners, stalls, and demos
Collect
market feedback
, competitor activity, and customer insights
Maintain
daily visit reports (DVR)
and submit performance updates
Support sales team in
achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong
customer relationships
Ensure proper
visibility and merchandising
at outlets
Required Qualifications
Any
Bachelor's degree / Diploma
(Marketing preferred)
Freshers or candidates with
0-2 years of field marketing experience
Strong communication skills in
local language & English
Willingness to
travel extensively
