The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing activities to promote the company's products/services, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales teams. This role involves market research, event coordination, vendor management, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, activations, and roadshows.
Conduct product demonstrations, sampling activities, and promotional events.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed at all events and activities.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Identify potential customers and generate leads through field outreach.
Support sales teams with qualified leads and market feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and distributors.
3. Market Research & Insights
Collect market intelligence, competitor activity updates, and customer insights.
Conduct surveys, store checks, and field audits.
Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with event agencies, printing vendors, promoters, and freelancers.
Negotiate vendor costs and manage budgets for marketing activities.
Ensure timely availability of marketing materials and collaterals.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
Maintain daily/weekly activity reports.
Present insights and field observations to marketing leadership.
